Campaign Houserules (3.75)

Unless an exception is noted below, this campaign will follow the 3.5 ruleset.

Skills
Some skills are combined:
- Spot and Listen are part of Perception. Skill Focus (Perception) replaces Alertness.
- Intimidate and Diplomacy are part of Persuasion. 5 ranks in bluff gives a +2 synergy bonus on Persuasion. 5 ranks in sense motive gives a +2 synergy bonus on Persuasion
- Tumble and Balance are part of Acrobatics.
- Hide and Move Silently are part of Stealth. Skill Focus (Stealth) replaces Stealthy.

All skill ranks cost 1 skill point. If the skill is a class skill, the base modifier is equal to the number of skill ranks. If the skill is a cross-class skill, the base modifier is half the number of skill ranks (rounded down). Once a skill is a class skill, it is always a class skill.

Initiative
Initiative is a skill. Skill Focus (Initiative) replaces Improved Initiative. Initiative is a class skill for all classes.

Initiative will be rolled every round. Delay and Ready are only possible within the same round. Refocus gives a +20 modifier on the next round's initiative check.
